COVID-19 SAFETY GUIDELINES

Important information for visiting Laserase

To ensure your safety and safety of our staff we will be asking clients to help follow the safety guidelines below:

  • The clinic will be operating a ‘closed door policy’ to minimise the risk of infection transmission. All clients attending the clinic, should ring the bell and someone will attend to you at the front door.

  • Any clients with signs or symptoms of Covid-19 WILL be advised to return home as soon as possible, contact NHS 111 and NOT allowed to enter the clinic further.

  •  We will supply a medical mask to you upon entering the clinic and you will be asked to sanitise your hands with disinfectant on entering and leaving the clinic.

  •  Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between clients.  Also we will be leaving greater time between clients to decontaminate clinical areas.  That might mean that you are offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment.

  •  Our team will be in full medical PPE including scrubs, medical masks, visors, aprons and gloves.

  •  We are unable to laser an area with a suntan, if you arrive in clinic with a suntan and we are unable to treat the full charge of the treatment will be incurred.   Please ensure you do not have suntan on the area to be treated.

  •  Clients will be asked to attend with no make-up for facial assessment and treatments.

How you can help:

  • With the exception of clients with carers, patients should come alone.

  • Please do not arrive early to the clinic, if necessary wait outside in your car.

Things may be a little bit different, but we want you to have a safe and happy experience at Laserase.
