ZO® Ossential Stimulator “Red Carpet” Peel

Ossential Stimulator Treatment is a must for skin that feels rough or looks dull.  A unique combination of exfoliating ingredients renews and revives skin.  Great for first-timers or those wanting a peel with no down-time.  This peel contains 10% glycolic acid, 10% lactic acid and 10% salicylic acid.  Also known as the ‘Red Carpet Peel’, this peel smooths, hydrates and removes superficial pigmentation.  It stimulates cellular turnover, reducing fine lines and wrinkles and improving overall skin tone, texture and clarity leaving you with skin that glows.  The perfect lunchtime peel – with no downtime and added anti-irritants and antioxidants, this advanced peel solution is gentle enough for all skin types. ZO® Ossential Skin Brightening Peel

Restores skin clarity, reduces pigmentation and discolouration.  This brightening treatment creates a radiant, more even skin tone and texture with citric, salicylic and lactic acids to increase skin brightness, clarity and minimize pore size.  A moisture-rich cleansing and mild exfoliation is followed by a vitamin-fortified calming massage.  To further brighten the skin, the Ossential Skin Brightening Sheet Masque, with arbutin and green tea, is applied to minimize the production of excess skin pigment and supply ample hydration to the tissue.  The treatment concludes with powerful ZO antioxidants, coenzymes and sun protection to inhibit melanin production and stimulate the growth of healthy cells.

ZO® Ossential Acne and Oil Control Peel

+ Who should (and should not) have the ZO Stimulator Peel?

We recommend the ossenial acne and oil control peel if you have mild to moderate acne, if you are prone to breakouts or you get congested or oily skin. It also helps reduce skin ageing, sun damage and hyperpigmentation.

We do not recommend the peel for those who are:

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Using Roaccutane or prescription retinoids
  • Having radiation or chemotherapy
  • Allergic to lactic acid, citric acid or salicylic acid

+ Do I need to prepare my skin before the peel?

You do not need to perform any preparation or use any specific skin care before the ZO Stimulator Peel. However you will get better results if you use some of the ZO products before having the treatment.

Avoid any form of laser hair removal, electrolysis, waxing or use of depilatory creams 5-7 days prior to your peel.

Discontinue the use of topical retinoids, alpha hydroxy acids, beta hydroxy acids, benzoyl peroxide, retinol and other potentially irritating products 3-4 days before your peel.

+ How long does the treatment take?

Depending on which peel you would like it will take anywhere from 35-60 minutes.

You will notice results straight away and skin will be fresher, glowing and with an improvement in texture and tone. We recommend a course of treatments for optimum results.

+ Is the peel painful?

You may experience a mild warming sensation briefly whilst the peel is applied. For special events the Stimulator Peel is ideal to have 2-3 days before that special occasion.

+ How long before I see results?

Most people will see a dramatic improvement in their skin after just one peel. However, we recommend a course of 4 Peels, every 1-2 weeks apart for maximum benefit, or a one off peel for that special occasion.
